We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment is due at time of treatment. Only checks and cash are accepted.
